So, I’m continuing to read the book The Power of Positive Thinking by Peale. This book has been a blessing for me so far and I hope it will be for you as well. So, Peale talks about ten rules to build self-confident and over the next couple of days I’m going to be discussing these ten rules. Now I want to take time reading these rules to completely understand Peale’s literature, and also give my personal opinion as well. Now let’s discuss rule number one. Peale states “formulate and stamp indelibly on your mind a mental picture of yourself as succeeding”. He continues to say never doubt that mental picture. Always picture yourself being successful. He says your mind will SEEK to develop this picture. Now, why not think positive about your future. What will be so hard about always being positive. Well millions of people would say many different things like life. Trust me, I get it, I understand, but we have to start somewhere when being down in life. Why not build an amazing mental picture about yourself? So today my people I want you start somewhere and take it one day at a time. So, let’s start today, build a mental picture of yourself succeeding and doing great things. Once your done write down that mental picture so you would never forget it. When your having a bad day pull out that note to yourself so you’ll never forget where your going and how your going to get there.
