My Diet!

About 7 months ago I went on a keto diet. First comes the excitement of losing weight and starting a new journey.  I was willing to give up all my carbs to lose weight. I was about 3 months into doing a strict keto diet, then my 30th birthday arrived. Let me just say since then, carbs have made their way back into my life LOL. But what I have learned from doing keto is that it may be hard, but it works. So for the past 4 months or so I’ve been doing my own type of diet (Inspired by Keto) that has been working for me and may work for you as well. I’ve learned that you could still have your carbs and lose weight. Now I must be honest with you. I’m not the type of person who has to go to the gym everyday or even every week. But I’m working on it, give me time LOL. My secret that I want to share with you is called carb balancing. For example if your going to have a burger, then you can’t have fries. But if you want fries, then order a lettuce wrap burger. This is what we call carb balancing. For breakfast this morning I will be having a sausage wrapped in a low carb tortilla bread. Then later I’ll have room for a little more carbs to eat. Its real simple to be healthy. Hope I was able to teach you something this morning. Well have a GRAND day.
