The Challenge Cont.

Okay so I’m going to get straight to the point with my next food challenge post. I am so upset but find it quite funny at the same time LOL. Okay, so I don’t know what happened, or where I went wrong. I followed all the directions like I always do. First let me start by telling you what I cooked. I cooked mozzarella cheese sticks. All you need is a 12 pack of cheese sticks, eggs, flour, bread crumbs, seasoning, and water. Sounds like this should be easy right. The directions was to dip each cheese stick in the flour first. Next dip it in the egg. Finally dip the cheese in the seasoned bread crumbs. Then re-dip them in the egg and bread crumbs batter only. Once done put the cheese sticks in the refrigerator until ready to be cooked. I then placed the mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Took them out and cooked them in the air-fryer. I feel like I could have done better. I didn’t want to post the pictures, but I refuse to re-do this. Scroll down for pictures. Thank you guys for stopping by as always and enjoy the laugh, I know I did. #food #funny #foodfail #challenge

This is what it looked liked in the book.

And this is what mines looked like.

  1. Good morningmy friend, i have the same problem, for some reasons it is never looks like in the book and even the taste is usually not what i expected, hehe, you made me laugh, h

  2. Sometimes simple things have their trick in the emotion of freierlas. In the end, it was fun to read and that if it came out of the best.

  3. Oh yes, I can relate as I had an Eggplant Parmesan fail. There are many non-food hacks that are used to lull you into a false sense of security when it comes to cooking. Have a wonderful weekend.

  4. Lol.. You are too funny. Yea I agree your version hardly ever comes out just like the recipe in the books. I tried to make cheese biscuits one time and they didn’t look like the picture at all but the taste was good. Nice post!!
