Mac & Cheese Cups

Happy hump day everyone. Before I get started I just want to genuinely thank everyone who has come to my page, followed my page, liked my blogs, or just left a simple comment. I appreciate all the love that was much needed these past few weeks. Ok now enough of that lol. My next recipe was mac and cheese cups. Whoever thought of this idea is genius. I have a mac and cheese recipe that I may share with you guys at a later time that I’ve been working on for years, but for now I’ll be sticking to the book. The recipe for the mac and cheese cups was quite simple to make. The ingredients that I used was butter, all-purpose flour, milk, seasoning, sharp cheese, muenster cheese, cooked elbow macaroni, and bread crumbs.  Now once I got all my ingredients together I combined everything into a medium sized bowl. I then divided them into silicone baking cups, and topped it off with bread crumbs. Preheated the air fryer to about 370 and sprayed it with nonstick cooking spray. Placed the cups into the air fryer and let it cooked for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. The most important thing to have when making mac and cheese is good cheese, milk, and real butter. The second most important thing to know when cooking mac and cheese is not to overcook the noodles. Overall because I know I already specialize in mac and cheese this recipe was simple and it turned out amazing. It’s funny because I take a little over an hour to cook my special mac and cheese, and this took me about 30-35 minutes to make. Thirty minutes to cook and it was delicious.
