Last night I made bacon-wrapped teriyaki shrimp and teriyaki salmon. The teriyaki shrimp was really easy to make and was extremely delicious. The teriyaki salmon was a different story. It wasn’t good following the recipe in the book. It didn’t have any flavor in the meat. It was just yucky, and I was so disappointed.
I’ll start with the shrimp recipe since it was the star of last night’s dinner. The ingredient’s only contained shrimp, teriyaki marinade, and bacon. I first always preheat the air-fryer to 300 and spray it with cooking oil. Then I deveined the shrimps and marinated the shrimps in the teriyaki marinade for 20 minutes. Next I wrapped each shrimp with bacon and used the reserve marinade to brush the bacon. Placed it in the air-fryer and let them cook for about 6 minutes. #Yummy #delicious

My teriyaki shrimp:

Now the salmon had a little more ingredient’s but less flavor. LOL. The ingredient’s are sesame oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and salmon of course. All I needed to do was combine all ingredients together, and pour the ingredients into a large bag. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 2 hours. Preheat the air-fryer and spray it with cooking oil. Place the marinated salmon in the air-fryer to let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then you’ll get some nasty salmon LOL. If you try the salmon, you should definitely add more spices. Hope you enjoyed and don’t forget to hit the subscribe button. Thank you and until next time. #food #salmon #shrimp #bacon #fun #love #teriyaki #yummy
