The Challenge Continues

Guess what I made for lunch yesterday! Punched pizza rounds. Pizza is one of my favorite foods so I really enjoyed this recipe.

Step 1: Grab your ingredients

1 package (12 ounces) flaky buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)

1 package pepperoni slices

dried basil


pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Step 2: Preheat air fryer to 370F. Spray silicone baking cups with nonstick cooking oil

Step 3: Separate biscuits and cut them in half to make 20 rounds. Place in backing cups and add toppings. You’re going to add you pepperoni, sprinkle with basil, spread sauce over pepperoni, then sprinkle with mozzarella.

Step 4: Cook them in the air-fryer for 14 to 16 minutes or until pizza is golden brown. Let it cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm.

My Thoughts: There were very delicious. Make sure you add enough sauce so it won’t be dry. Other than that don’t be stingy with the toppings and you could add shredded Parmesan for an extra kick. Enjoy! #pizza #food #yummy #eating #cooking #peace #joy #love #family
