The Challenge Cont.- Toasted Ravioli

So tonight I cooked toasted ravioli. This recipe was different then just regular ravioli. It would be a perfect appetizer served hot. So first I started with the prepping which took about 10 mins. I cracked two eggs in a bowl. Bread crumbs, Italian season, garlic, and salt in another bowl. Flour in the last bowl. First I dipped the ravioli’s in the flour. Next, dip it in the egg mixture. Lastly, dipped them in the bread crumbs mixture, and sprayed them with nonstick cooking spray. Cooked the ravioli’s for about 7 to 8 minutes, turning once. Once I took the ravioli’s out the air fryer I coated them with the cheese mixture added a lot of flavor. Served hot.
