Easy Dinner with Shrimp, Peppers, and Asparagus

When you come home from work, I’m sure your tired, ready to hit the couch, and relax. But for some, its not that easy, especially when you have responsibilities like your significant other or kids to feed. I’ve been reading cookbooks and getting familiar with The Healthy Sheet Pan cookbook by Ruthy Kirwan to learn a different methods of cooking. I have the best dinner idea for you all, inspired from this book. As mentioned before I change most of the recipes I’m trying. I’m sure you all heard of sheet pan dinner meals. So I made shrimp, asparagus, and veggies with potatoes.  Very easy to make. Prep time is about 5 to 10 minutes. #shrimp #peppers #asparagus #food #cooking #pan

Spray the pan with cooking oil, then lay your food out.
Season your meal and let it cook for about 25 minutes.

  1. Great suggestion for an easy dinner! Did you cook the potatoes separately? They would take longer than the ingredients in the sheet pan, wouldn’t they?
