I absolutely love a good sandwich. Sandwiches are good to eat at any time of the day. The best sandwich to have is an avocado turkey sandwich. I know sounds good uh. Not only is this sandwich tasty, but its also healthy. I’m so happy to share this recipe with all of you. Hope you enjoy!!
The ingredients you will need is:
Thin bread ( I used thin bagels)
Half of a Ripe Avocado
Pepper Jack Cheese
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
The directions are quite simple. All you need to do is:
Toast your bread. I prefer to do that on top of the stove with 2 teaspoon of olive oil . Toast both sides.
Make my avocado spread by combining the avocado, mustard, and mayonnaise together. Then finish it up by sprinkling a little black pepper and garlic. Set aside
Cook the turkey meat on both sides for about 2-3 minutes on top of stove with 2 teaspoon of olive oil.
Spread the avocado mixture of both pieces of bread
Add your meet, vegetables, and cheese
